1. Print a Word document without margins. Please do as follows to print a document without margins. In the document you will print without margins, click Layout Page Setup in the Page Setup group. See screenshot: 2. In the Page Setup window, change the Top, Bottom, Left and right to 0 under Margins tab, and then click the OK button.
2. In the Print dialog open the Copies & Pages menu then select Microsoft Word. From the Print What dropdown select Document rather than Document Showing Markup. Alternatively, in the Tracking group of the Review tab select No Markup from the Display for Review dropdown before printing. Note: This does not remove the markup from the document.

If you want to print without all markup and comments, you can uncheck an option.

Click File > Print > Print All pages in Settings section, then uncheck Print Markup.

Print without only comments

If you just want to hide comments while printing, just uncheck the Comments in Show Markup drop-down.

Print Comments In Word Document

Click Review > Show Markup > Comments to hide comments.

Now you can print your document without comments.

Note: After printing the document, you need to display all comments with the same steps as you need.
